Feature Requests

I see only workflow and user events for launching Zaps. I need "updating fields" events, "adding tasks" etc for automations. Right now, we use zapier webhooks, but them dont available on free account. So, that feature can save some money for users.

I want to be able to send emails via Gmail or SendGrid

Using /flowdash or something like that

It would be nice to be able to configure layouts at the stage level rather than having to fiddle with toggling which blocks should be displayed at which stage. The current experience gets a bit unwieldy when you have many stages that require drastically different layouts.

I'd like to be able to get the name associated with a phone number for KYC/AML workflows.
